Terms and Conditions

We offer a 90-day warranty on labor only. Most vendors provide a 30-day warranty on parts. Warranty applies only to the specific part and labor performed, not to other parts or additional labor.

If your equipment can be repaired for the minimum labor charge without estimate approval, we will proceed. Otherwise, we will contact you for approval.

If your equipment qualifies for the minimum labor charge, we will repair and return it for that amount. If costs exceed the minimum, we will request your approval. If you do not approve, there is no charge for services, but you are responsible for return shipping.
